Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, chemists, and distributors within the assigned territory
- Explain product benefits, usage, dosage, and competitive advantages clearly to medical professionals
- Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the market
- Ensure product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists
- Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates to management
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and customer interactions
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations
