As part of an international recruitment team, you will be responsible for achieving the recruitment plan within your scope, balancing quality and quantity requirements. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects to support the transformation of the recruitment service.
We are seeking to reinforce the Recruitment team to cover for recruitment in the India based in our factory in Sanand, state of the art Manufacturing site for Nuclear Power components. This role reports directly to Global Talent Acquisition(TA) Leader based out of France and dotted line to Sanand Site HR Leader in India. Scope also includes TA priorities for whole of India.
You will join to reinforce the recruitment team with the following mission:

P&L & Business Mindset: Treat your recruitment scope like a business unit. Take end-to-end ownership of the hiring pipeline, optimize sourcing channel ROI, control cost-per-hire, and drive recruitment efficiency.

Data-Driven Recruitment & KPI Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on key recruitment KPIs (lead time, Source Quality, Offer Acceptance Rate). Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide real-time hiring visibility to the Recruiting Director and Country leadership.

High-Volume Sourcing & Pipelining: Direct, run, and scale high-volume recruitment campaigns for both blue-collar (shop floor) and white-collar technical/engineering profiles without sacrificing quality.

Active Sourcing Excellence: Act as a hands-on sourcing expert. Leverage advanced direct-sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, niche portals) to proactively build and nurture thick talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Factory Directors, Hiring Managers, and local HR teams, aligning recruiting strategies with production capacity and site goals.

ATS Mastery: Utilize Workday Recruiting to maintain impeccable data hygiene, manage applicant flows, and ensure an optimized, compliant recruitment process.

Track and Review the performance of External Hiring Consultants. Network and partner with hiring platforms like Naukri and Linkedin.

Work closely with Site HR Leader of Sanand in supprting Technician hiring rampup as needed. Set the review mechanism. Be creative in building strategy around volume hiring related to capacity expnsion project.

Be proactive and build solid talent pipeline slate for critical roles in the country.
Work closely with HR Team and Communications team in hiring related branding.

You are highly experienced: You have 10–15+ years of solid recruitment experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with Recruitment Consultants having expertise on manufacturing, production, factory, or heavy-industry related hirings.

You have a P&L/Commercial Mindset: You do not just fill seats; you understand the business impact of vacancy rates and know how to manage resources, budgets, and vendors to optimize recruitment ROI.

You are analytical and metric-driven: You are comfortable working with data, analyzing trends, and building custom dashboards to drive recruitment decisions and report to executive stakeholders.

You are exceptionally dynamic & "Hands-on": You are a high-energy recruiter who is comfortable switching from high-level sourcing strategies to operational execution and direct candidate outreach.

You are a high-volume expert: You have a proven track record of managing high-volume, rapid-scale recruitment projects under tight deadlines especially in Greenfield/ Brownfield setup

Exposure to Workday or similar tools will be an added advantage.You are a strong communicator: You have outstanding interpersonal skills, natural empathy, and are fluent in English (both spoken and written).
