Key Responsibilities
- Handle both Inside Sales and Field Sales activities.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Present residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close property deals professionally.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate/property sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
- Experience in both inside sales and field sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
