BE (Mechanical) Fresher or 4 years of experience
Location: Gorwa BIDC, Vadodara
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ CNC/VMC machine operation and production
✅Tool setting, offsets, and basic programming
✅Production planning and cycle-time improvement
✅Quality inspection and process control
✅Preventive maintenance coordination
✅5S, Kaizen, and safety
✅Shift work and production targets
✅Qualification and experience requirements
✅Supervise day-to-day production activities on CNC/VMC machines.
✅Allocate manpower and machines according to the production plan.
✅Monitor production targets, output, rejection, and cycle time.
✅Ensure machines are operated as per SOP, work instructions, and process sheets.
✅Check tool offsets, tool life, and basic machine parameters.
✅Read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T
