Xelogic Solutions is looking for an experienced SEO Manager / Head of SEO Department who can lead a large SEO team and manage multiple client projects globally. The candidate should be highly result-oriented, capable of delivering organic growth, and experienced in handling international SEO campaigns including USA and worldwide markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ SEO professionals, including SEO executives, link builders, and content specialists.
- Act as the Head of the SEO Department, responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies across all client projects.
- Manage and deliver SEO performance for 50+ ongoing projects across different industries.
- Develop and implement results-oriented SEO strategies focused on organic traffic growth, lead generation, and revenue.
- Execute SEO campaigns targeting USA and global markets.
- Generate qualified leads through organic search strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Optimize websites for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
- Work closely with development and content teams to ensure proper SEO implementation.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare SEO reports and present performance insights to management and clients.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link building strategies
- Experience managing international SEO campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
