- Field Operations Management:
- Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the security personnel at client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements.
- Train, guide, and manage security staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Address and resolve any on-ground issues, ensuring smooth operations across all assigned sites.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with security services.
- Marketing and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in need of security services.
- Promote and market our security solutions to corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on security service trends and competitors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the security services industry, particularly in field operations.
- Marketing and business development experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in security management are an advantage.
- Should be ample experience and Retired from Defence Forces/Para Military Forces/CPO's
- 12 Hour Duty 7 AM to 7 PM - available on mobile round the clock.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
