Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for business applications, troubleshoot application-related issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve technical problems within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the development team when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Support users through phone, email, remote access, or onsite assistance.
- Perform application testing after updates or deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor application logs and identify recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with SLA and support standards.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc. IT, or equivalent.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
