We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign analysis, and digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through strategic campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for better campaign reach
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise results
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush or similar SEO tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
- Experience in running lead generation campaigns
- Creative thinking and campaign planning abilities
