About the Job
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team for maximum performance
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecast, and ensure target achievement
Candidates having an experience of minimum 3-5 years is preferred
