Kiki is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive / Fashion Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in premium women’s ethnic wear and be confident in styling customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
* Assist customers with styling, fittings, and product selection.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards and store presentation.
* Manage billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory coordination.
* Handle customer queries and after-sales service professionally.
* Stay updated with new collections, fabrics, and fashion trends.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear retail.
* Experience in premium fashion boutiques is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong selling and styling ability.
* Positive attitude, grooming, and customer-first approach.
* Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
