About the Role
We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to support the daily operations and maintenance of residential properties. The role involves ensuring that all properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained by coordinating repairs, conducting inspections, and working with service vendors. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned properties regularly to inspect maintenance and overall condition.
- Coordinate and follow up on repair work related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance.
- Work closely with external vendors and technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor cleanliness and common area upkeep across all properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, service schedules, and maintenance activities.
- Track preventive maintenance and annual service schedules for equipment and appliances.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and help control operational costs.
- Conduct property inspections before and after occupancy, and assist with the preparation of new properties when required.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management, property operations, maintenance, or a similar field.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or basic digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Willing to travel between different property locations as part of the role.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
