Production Executive in Resin Manufacturing:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc/M.Sc) in Chemistry or an Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Technology.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mass transfer, fluid flow, filtration systems, and condensation polymerization.
- Experience: Experience running chemical plants, specific to alkyd, polyester, epoxy, or acrylic resins.
- Core Competencies: Quick troubleshooting of process deviations, color matching, and raw material mass balance equations.
- Batch Process Management: Oversee exothermic reactions, polymerization, cooling cycles, and distillation parameters inside multiple reactors.
- DCS and Automation Control: Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or PLC interfaces.
- Shift Supervision: Lead and deploy shift operators, chemists, and utility handlers to hit volume targets.
- Documentation Compliance: Fill and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), raw material logs, and yield sheets in real-time.
- Quality Assurance Support: Coordinate with quality control labs to track viscosity, acid value, solid content, and color metrics.
- Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Partner with engineering teams to handle process troubleshooting, filtration servicing, and reactor cleanings.
- Raw Material Handling: Ensure correct raw material staging, charging calculations, and solvent transfers to prevent contamination.
- Safety & EHS Enforcement: Enforce chemical handling safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) rules, and hazardous waste disposal guidelines.
Pay: ₹9,433.13 - ₹60,514.81 per month
