Overview:
The role is responsible for working with the transition lead or transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to ICC location following PepsiCo transition methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
- Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
- Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
- Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
- Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.
- Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required.
- Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools.
- Managing logistics for travel related to transition
- Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes.
- Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy.
- Supporting the TMO (Transition Management office) activities as needed
Qualifications:
- 9–11 years of experience in Transitions / Project Management.
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
- Understanding of KPIs/metrics, process improvement.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree education
- PMP or Prince2 Certification is a plus
