Define and implement quality assurance protocols for new products.
Inspect incoming materials, supplier-processed parts, and first-off samples.
Verify product conformity against engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
Update and monitor rejection trackers (PPM) and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any defects.
Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents for new components.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, Tools and ISO/IATF standards on the shop floor.
Lead or support new product development projects from conception to production launch.
Assist in creating and reviewing engineering documentation, including CAD models (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and technical specifications.
Understanding of manufacturing processes (Sheet metal, casting, molding, machining).
