- Qualify and convert Upwork leads
- Conduct client calls via audio and video
- Create proposals, SOPs, and sales processes
- Review proposals submitted by BDE
- Provide regular feedback to improve reply and conversion rates
- Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project scoping.
- Experience with Upwork proposals, client handling, and team mentoring
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
