Key responsibilities of a Front Office GSA:
- Guest Welcome and Check-in:Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservations, collect payment information, and assign rooms.
- Check-out Procedures:Process guest departures, settle bills, collect room keys, and handle any final requests.
- Reservation Management:Answer phone calls, take reservations, modify existing bookings, and confirm details.
- Guest Information:Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and directions.
- Cash Handling:Accurately manage cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and balance accounts.
- Guest Concerns:Address guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Communication:Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records, update guest information in the system, and follow established procedures.
