Parallax Motion is building a next-generation educational entertainment brand for children aged 2–8. Our mission is to make learning fun through lovable characters, engaging stories, songs, and high-quality AI-powered animations.
We're looking for someone who is excited about the future of AI content creation and wants to help build a children's media brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do
As our AI Animation & Content Producer, you'll transform scripts and ideas into engaging animated videos using the latest AI tools.
Your responsibilities include:
- Convert scripts into visual storyboards
- Generate consistent character and background artwork
- Create animated scenes using AI video tools
- Generate and edit AI voiceovers
- Add music and sound effects
- Edit videos into polished YouTube-ready content
- Design compelling thumbnails
- Maintain visual consistency across recurring characters and episodes
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and improve the production workflow
- Help develop reusable templates, prompts, and production processes
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Love experimenting with AI tools
- Enjoy storytelling and creating content for children
- Have a good eye for animation, composition, and color
- Can learn new software quickly
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on your work
- Take ownership and care about delivering high-quality videos
Nice to Have
- Basic illustration or animation knowledge
- Motion graphics experience
- Experience with children's content
- Experience creating YouTube content
- Prompt engineering skills
- Experience using AI video generation tools
- Familiarity with YouTube thumbnails and audience engagement
Hiring Process

Step 2
Complete a test assignment:
Create a 30–60 second educational animation using AI tools from a provided script.
Step 3
Interview to discuss your creative process, workflow, and ideas for improving AI-powered content production.
