Key Skills Required
Data Modelling
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, AWS, etc.
- Ability to engage with clients and understand business requirements to translate them into effective data models.
- Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining:
- Conceptual Data Model (CDM)
- Logical Data Model (LDM)
- Physical Data Model (PDM)
- Expertise in tools like Erwin / ER Studio.
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, data analysis, and identifying data quality issues.
- Experience in preparing Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents including:
- Entities & attributes
- Data relationships
- Primary & Foreign keys
- Transformation business rules
- Allowed values
- Experience gathering metadata for Physical Data Dictionaries (PDD).
- Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers for ingestion strategy and consumption patterns.
Data Governance
- Proven experience in Data Modelling with strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience reviewing STTMs and Data Models for Enterprise Standards compliance.
- Experience working closely with Data Architects.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cataloguing tools like Collibra:
- Metadata management
- Enterprise Data Model creation
- Glossary-LDD-PDD stitching
- Data Flow Diagrams
- Business Lineage
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay: ₹685,603.63 - ₹1,056,403.08 per year
