About the Role:
The DGM / AGM production is responsible for ensuring production targets are met or exceeded over a sustained period of time as per company standards, with no compromise to quality or timeliness. The individual is also expected to understand and implement measures for employee safety, overall safety, environmental adherence, people development, health and safety, optimized usage of resources, adherence to established guidelines for production and maintenance.
Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing & executing production schedules as per established standard guidelines pertaining to
-
productivity, quality & timeliness.

Ensure all production & maintenance operations are followed as per GMP standards practiced at SIGACHI Industries Ltd.

Liaise closely with Quality Control department for understanding established quality standards, opportunities for continuous improvement, and other preventive / reactive measures that fulfils our brand promise “Experience Excellence.”

Coordinate with the maintenance teams to plan & implement scheduled maintenance on equipment that ensures continuity of operations and minimize unscheduled downtime.

Manage & develop existing production teams to ensure greater results pertaining to their KRAs & KPIs.

As necessary hire new team members with proven abilities and alignment with company values.

Identify the Training needs of team members and ensure the right job-related training is provided at the right
time.

Ensure finished goods are tagged, stored, and maintained as per guidelines to maintain quality as per customer expectations.

Take ownership and responsibility of overseeing, inspecting, planning, and meeting PCB, EHS, ESG standards and other compliance related matters.

Monitor all aspects of utilities, to conform to expected standards.

Maintain upkeep of premises such that it is daily “Audit Ready”, by regularly liaising with the admin team,

identifying opportunity areas and addressing them proactively.

Plan, monitor and maintain strict safety standards and measures towards zero incidents at all times.

Create, update and send out reports pertaining to ESG, HR, Finance or any other stakeholders on time, accurately.

Be responsible for ETP operations as per GPCB rules. Ensure that ETP related operations like MVRE, ETP RO, MBR units etc., are functional as per standard norms

Maintain the highest standards of production, professional behavior, and integrity at all times.
Pre-requisites:

Should have excellent experience in Excipients / Pharma production, CGMP guidelines.

Experience in handling entire production unit right from planning to execution.

Must be computer savvy, knowledgeable on MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word that enables quality output

pertaining to reports, dashboards, and other relevant metrics.

Must have proven experience in leading people effectively, develop them to meet our future needs as well as
do their current jobs well.
Job Specification:
Qualification – Preferably M.Sc. or B Tech (Chemical)
Experience – 15 to 20 years from relevant Industry
