JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Executive – Plot Sales
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: General Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Location: Coimbatore
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – Plot Sales is responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling plots/projects, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills to ensure successful property sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, plot availability, pricing, and payment plans to prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain customer database and regularly update sales reports.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for booking and registration processes.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up until deal closure and post-sales support.
- Attend promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales events when required.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred
- Experience in real estate or plot sales is an added advantage
- 2 years of experience needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
