Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our service team. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines at customer sites across Bangalore, Tirupur, and Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC systems, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, calibration, and testing of CNC machines at customer sites Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, PLC, drive, and control system issues Provide technical support and on-site training to customers on machine operation & maintenance Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and technical guidance Qualification & Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory 2–5 years of experience in servicing CNC machines, VMC/HMC, or related industrial equipment Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, servo drives, PLCs, Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra Good communication and customer-handling skills Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred Key Skills:
