Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter & Generalist with 3–4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hiring expertise, employee engagement skills, and hands-on experience in HR processes, policies, and compliance. This role requires a balance of talent acquisition and HR generalist responsibilities to support business growth and employee satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
- Implement employee engagement and retention programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Assist in policy formulation, HR audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions.
- Proven experience in hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
