Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, supporting outreach to parents and schools, and contributing to the growth of BrightCHAMPS’ learner base. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating lead databases, preparing and delivering presentations about BrightCHAMPS programs, and assisting senior team members in sales calls and demos. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, gather feedback from prospects, and help refine engagement strategies. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders, timely follow-up on leads, and a strong focus on building long-term relationships that align with the company’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for engaging with parents, schools, and internal teams.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations, with confidence in using presentation tools and presenting to small and large groups.
- Foundational lead generation skills, including identifying prospects, managing lead databases, and supporting outreach activities.
- Basic market research skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and gather insights that support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (recent graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Interest in the edtech sector and children’s skill development, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Bengaluru, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with productivity and CRM tools; internship or project experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
