Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong AV Presales professional who can design, propose, and support Audio Visual & Unified Communication solutions for corporate, government, education, and enterprise customers. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AV technologies, conferencing solutions, collaboration products, displays, switching, control systems, and network-based AV solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and design AV/UC solutions accordingly Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and site surveys Prepare BOQ, solution architecture, technical proposals, and presentations Work closely with sales teams to support closures and customer discussions Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and partners for solution validation Deliver product demos, proof of concepts (POC), and technical presentations Design solutions for board rooms, VC rooms, auditoriums, classrooms, and control rooms Prepare compliance documents, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documents Support partner enablement and technical training Stay updated with latest AV technologies and market trends Required Skills Strong knowledge of AV & UC solutions Experience with brands like Yealink, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, LG, Sony, Kramer, Grandstream Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet platforms Understanding of networking basics, DSP, HDMI matrix, and control systems Good presentation and communication skills Ability to create technical documentation and customer presentations Preferred Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, IT, ECE, or related field AVIXA CTS Certification preferred OEM Certifications are an added advantage Key Deliverables Solution Designing Technical Proposal Submission Customer Presentation & Demo RFP Compliance Partner & Customer Support Technical Coordination with OEMsSalary & Benefits Best in Industry Performance Incentive Structure Travel Allowance Certification & Training Support Career Growth Opportunities Suitable Profiles: AV Presales Engineer | UC Solution Consultant | Technical Sales Engineer | AV Design Consultant
