This is an ideal role for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about social media trends, content creation, and brand building. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Creation: Assist in brainstorming, scheduling, and posting daily content (reels, graphics, captions, and stories) across all social media channels. Copywriting: Draft engaging, error-free captions, short posts, and ad copy aligned with the brand voice. Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and user inquiries to build an active community. Trend Monitoring: Keep track of the latest social media trends, audio, hashtags, and viral formats to incorporate into our content strategy. Basic Analytics: Track basic metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports. Collaboration: Work alongside graphics designers and content creators to produce visually appealing assets. Key Requirements & Qualifications Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (and Hindi) communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest). Platform Knowledge: Solid familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Design & Tools (Bonus): Basic working knowledge of Canva or simple video editing apps (InShot, CapCut, etc.) is a strong advantage. Mindset: Highly proactive, eager to learn, creative, and attentive to detail.
