Job Title: .NET Core R&D Programmer

Location: Kandivali (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

development company developing device interface application.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on .NET Core Programmer with

3–4 years of experience who genuinely enjoys coding, problem-solving,

experimentation, and R&D.

This role is not for a routine programmer whose primary responsibility is

fixing bugs, developing basic APIs, or implementing predefined requirements.

We are looking for someone who enjoys going deep into technology,

understanding how things work internally, exploring different approaches, and

can independently develop solutions to challenging technical problems.

The ideal candidate should be a hardcore coder who enjoys spending time

solving complex programming problems and continuously learning new

technologies.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET

8 and related Microsoft technologies.

 Perform R&D and technical investigations for complex requirements

and unexplored problems.

 Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate different technical approachesbefore final implementation.

 Analyze performance, memory usage, threading, concurrency, database

performance, and application architecture.

 Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

 Work on challenging technical problems rather than only predefined

development tasks.

 Explore new frameworks, libraries, tools, and technologies that can

improve our products.

 Debug and troubleshootissues by understanding the root cause, rather

than applying temporary fixes.

 Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and

design decisions.

 Develop reusable components, frameworks, utilities, and technical

solutions that can be used across multiple products.

 Work closely with senior developers and the technical team to convert

complex requirements into practical technical solutions.

 Continuously improve existing applications through refactoring,

optimization, and technology upgrades.Qualifications and Skills

The candidate should:

 Have 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET

Core.

 Be genuinely passionate about programming and technology.

 Have a strong interest in R&D and solving technically challenging

problems.

 Be comfortable researching a problem independently and finding

solutions.

 Have strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.

 Be willing to go beyond documentation and understand how and why

things work.

 Be comfortable writing code from scratch rather than depending entirely

on existing libraries or code.

 Have the ability to optimize and improve code rather than simply making

it work.

 Be curious about new technologies and willing to experiment with them.

 Have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID

principles, design patterns, multithreading, asynchronous

programming, and exception handling.

 Have good knowledge of SQL Server and database programming.

 Understand application performance, debugging, logging, and memory

management.

 Be able to work independently and take ownership of technical problems.
