Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor (IIT-JEE / NEET)

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding IIT-JEE / NEET preparation strategy
- Explain course structure, curriculum, and outcomes clearly
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups)
- Build trust with parents and guide them in decision-making
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student data and follow-up records
- Coordinate with academic team for student progress updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EdTech / Coaching Industry
- Strong understanding of IIT-JEE / NEET preparation ecosystem
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle parent concerns with patience and clarity
- Comfortable with targets and conversions
- Basic CRM and lead management knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Experience in admission counselling for coaching institutes
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to simplify complex academic paths for parents
