Must Have:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of core experience in client servicing or account management, specifically within a digital agency ecosystem.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing social media pages, running digital/communication campaigns, and handling campaign budgets.
- Client & Pitch Management: Strong experience in handling direct client relationships, translating business challenges into digital strategies, and creating agency pitches.
- Communication: Exceptionally strong oral, written, and presentation skills to confidently pitch and sell ideas to clients.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager – Digital Marketing role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of digital marketing clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring campaigns meet agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating multi-channel digital strategies, briefing and collaborating with internal teams, reviewing campaign performance, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
The role involves managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services. The Senior Account Manager will also contribute to proposals, support new business pitches, and help refine internal processes to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account leadership skills, with experience handling multiple client portfolios and managing expectations at different stakeholder levels.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy, including channels such as search, social media, display, email, and content-led campaigns.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and analytics, prepare performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including creative, content, media, and technology, to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concepts and results clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, including prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an agency or consulting environment in a senior account, client services, or digital marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with diverse teams on-site in Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
