Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company: Shidhart Shutters & Automation Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell shutters, automation systems, and related products in Jaipur and nearby areas. The role involves client visits, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and market research. Meet builders, contractors, architects, shop owners, and industrial clients. Present and explain product features, automation solutions, and pricing. Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements. Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure. Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates. Coordinate with the operations and installation team for smooth execution. Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market reach. Build long-term customer relationships and handle basic client queries. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales/Marketing/Business or relevant field). 1–3 years of field sales experience (automation, construction, hardware, or industrial products preferred). Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Jaipur market is a plus. Ability to travel locally for client meetings
