- Follow all systems, procedures, and operational guidelines established by management.
- Plan and allocate post-press jobs during the assigned shift to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure proper shift handover to the relieving supervisor, including job status, pending work, and quality updates.
- Verify all post-press operations against the approved PDF and job specifications, including stripping (STP), embossing (EMB), die-cutting, and creasing.
- Inspect and approve punch (die) quality before and during production.
- Ensure the required supportive raw materials and consumables are available for uninterrupted shift operations.
- Monitor product quality throughout the finishing process and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of post-press machines and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage manpower effectively to achieve production targets while maintaining efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Sales teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and shift documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
