- Clinical Documentation: Review patient medical records for completeness, ensuring treatments and coding align with standardized guidelines (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Operational Audits: Conduct regular inspections of hospital departments (OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratories, and OTs) to verify adherence to established protocols, infection control guidelines, and NABH/JCI standards.
- Financial & Compliance: Audit billing and insurance claims to minimize denials, verify proper resource allocation, and prevent revenue leakage.
- Corrective Actions: Prepare reports detailing audit findings and provide recommendations or training to clinical and administrative staff.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
