We're hiring a passionate Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses and career options.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Assist with admissions, applications, and documentation.
- Follow up with leads and update CRM.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
