Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Planning cum Billing Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in project planning, progress monitoring, client and subcontractor billing, quantity estimation, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Monitor project progress and update weekly/monthly planning reports.
- Track project milestones and identify delays with corrective action plans.
- Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and reconcile executed quantities.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site execution, procurement, QA/QC, and finance teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and progress reports.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor resource utilization and productivity.
- Support tendering by preparing quantity estimates and rate analysis when required.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing interpretation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Preferred Experience
- High-rise building and residential project experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and billing software.
- Exposure to project cost control and contract management.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
