Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and ledgers regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generate monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor expenditures against approved budgets and report variances.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Process employee salaries accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate reimbursement claims and employee advances.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain all financial records required for regulatory inspections.
Cash & Bank Management
- Manage petty cash and cash flow.
- Prepare bank deposits and payment schedules.
- Monitor cash availability for operational requirements.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Safeguard confidential financial information.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitals, NGOs, or service organizations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
