- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and resolve any inter-team challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in large-scale data systems.
