Job Description
Nature Tree India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Conduct calling and telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Handle joining formalities and basic HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR/recruitment experience.
- Calling is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Candidates from Bhopal or nearby areas are preferred.
