ABOUT THE ROLE
At we're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and grow revenue for SeeTusk Creative Agency. You'll identify opportunities, build client relationships, and connect business needs to agency solutions. You'll work directly with the Founder across the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, research, and qualify leads across digital, brand, and marketing sectors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Phantom Buster, and similar tools.
- Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to connect with decision-makers
- Build pitches, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the Founder
- Manage the CRM pipeline, tracking deal stages, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Lead discovery calls to understand client goals and match them to agency services
- Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Grow the agency's network through events, communities, and partnerships
TOOLS YOU'LL USE
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot or Notion, Google Workspace, AI outreach tools, Slack
REQUIRED:
- 1 to 3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Self-starter who works well with minimal oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred:
- Background in agency, consulting, or client-services
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, or digital services
- Comfort with AI-assisted prospecting and sales automation
