Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic & Video Designer who understands digital marketing trends and can produce high-quality creatives for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand identity projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, video editing skills, and the ability to convert marketing concepts into engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create Meta & Google Ad creatives (Static + Video formats)
- Edit reels, short-form videos, ad videos, and promotional content
- Design logos, brochures, banners, flyers, and brand identity kits
- Create website banners, landing page visuals, and UI creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Work closely with the Content, Marketing & Performance team for campaign execution
- Deliver creatives within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, ad formats & social media updates
Mandatory Software Skills
Candidates must have working knowledge of:
- Canva (Advanced Level)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CorelDRAW
- Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator (Preferred)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design & video editing
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may apply
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives & ad formats
- Knowledge of social media aspect ratios, trends & algorithms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions quickly
- Good communication & teamwork skills
