HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Business & Operations
Ingress IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who can seamlessly manage people operations while driving business efficiency. This role blends core HR responsibilities with business operations, sales & marketing reporting, and operational support.
- Act as a strategic HR partner handling hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Streamline business operations, document SOPs, and improve cross-functional workflows.
- Prepare sales & marketing performance reports and support leadership with data insights.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities and manage internal communications.
- Support financial operations including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Experience in HRBP / HR Operations with strong business understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, and basic CRM tools.
