Profile - Service Co-ordinator [ Construction Equipment Industry
Location : Tonk, Karauli & Aspur [Udaipur]
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Service Engineers team deputation and provide customer service support.
- Assign Service Engineers based on location, machine type, skill and urgency.
- Prepare and manage daily engineer visit schedules.
- Update service calls in SAP/Service Portal.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
- Escalate critical or delayed cases to the Service Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in service back-office / coordination role in construction equipment or automotive industry ( Freshers Can Also Apply)
- Experience with OEM dealer operations (JCB, Volvo, CAT, Komatsu, Hyundai, etc.) will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
