Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives.
- Create marketing collateral including menus, standees, tent cards, banners, flyers, and brochures etc.
- Design creatives for festivals, special promotions, new launches, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Prepare print-ready artwork.
Video Editing
- Edit and create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos etc.
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and visual effects.
- Color-correct and enhance videos for a professional look.
- Optimize content for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create highlight videos for events, celebrity visits, and restaurant experiences.
Content Creation Support
- Coordinate with marketing teams for content planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.
- Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and design assets.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva and other video editing softwares.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years preferred.
