Job Description for Back Office Executive/ Project Coordinator (PEB)
- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Follow up with vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Update project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Advanced Excel(Mandatory)
- Draft and update layouts, drawings, or measurements in AutoCAD 2D(Mandatory)
- Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and share progress updates
- Monitor project timelines, materials, and resources
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review
- Ensure smooth communication between site teams and office teams
- Maintain project files, approvals, and documentation records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. Civil/ Mechanical
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role (PEB Industry only)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines
- Basic understanding of project workflow
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
