Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote products/services, resolve customer queries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on customer interactions and maintain records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information in CRM or databases.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
