Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities through institutional tie-ups, corporate partnerships, referral networks, seminars, and promotional events.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase enquiries and enrolments.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporates, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute field visits, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities.
- Support inside sales by handling enquiries, counselling prospects, and converting leads into enrolments.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of two members to achieve business and sales targets.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and operational processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
