Hunar – The Skill House is seeking a responsible and organized Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day institute operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling administrative tasks, coordinating between teams, and maintaining operational efficiency within the institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational activities
- Handle student records, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinate with trainers and support scheduling
- Assist in managing inquiries and front desk operations
- Maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in admin / operations / office management preferred
- Freshers with good management skills can apply
