Job Description – Telecaller (Healthcare Clinic)
IESH Ayurveda & Cosmetology is looking for a polite, confident, and responsible Telecaller to manage patient calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. The candidate should be customer-friendly and capable of handling calls professionally in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
- Explain clinic services, treatments, and consultation details clearly
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and missed appointments
- Maintain basic call records and patient details
- Address patient queries politely and escalate issues when required
- Coordinate with doctors and front-desk staff
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years (Clinic or healthcare experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Pleasant voice, patience, and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
