Research Associate/Senior Research Associate (LCMS/Prep. HPLC):

3-5 years of experience in handling LC-MS/Prep. HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.

Sound knowledge in different types of purification techniques and different column chemistries.

Hands on experience of instruments in operation of different make.

Responsible for troubleshooting of instruments and their calibration.

Ready to work within a team of motivated young scientists.

Should be ready to work in shifts (second and night shift) to support team and deliverables.
Associate Research Scientist/Principal Scientist:

6-15 years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.

Proficiency in various purification techniques.

Strong understanding of various column chemistries.

Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.

Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.

Provide guidance and support across different shifts (including night shift) to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.

Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.

Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
