- Make calls to potential or existing customers
- Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent English
- Explain products/services and handle basic queries effectively
- Generate leads, follow-ups, and maintain a consistent call pipeline
- Record call details and update CRM or reports regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and closures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence in handling calls and objections
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
- Ability to meet daily call targets consistently
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
