We are expanding rapidly and are looking for ambitious Business Development professionals who can directly contribute to the company's growth.
About the Role
This is a Business Development & Revenue Generation role.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, build relationships, generate business opportunities, and convert them into revenue.
Depending on the company's active campaigns, you may work across one or more business verticals.

- Business & Professional Registrations
- Award & Recognition Programs

- Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships
- Training Programs & Institute Admissions
- Other Revenue Generation Campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through self-sourced lead generation.
- Identify potential customers using networking, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, email, and direct outreach.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
- Schedule meetings whenever required.
- Maintain lead records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
