Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and direct communication.
- Assist customers with issue resolution and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with prior experience working in Hospital, healthcare institutions, or Banking Sector will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.
- Experience in customer service / front office / client handling roles is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:
- Any Graduation / Relevant Experience Preferred.
Pay: ₹10,844.82 - ₹28,000.00 per month
